The rural nursing partnership program between USC Salkehatchie and the USC College of Nursing held a senior nursing recognition banquet Aug. 3. Dr. Patrick Hickey (back center), a clinical assistant professor at the College of Nursing who has also scaled the world’s seven highest mountains, was the guest speaker. Dr. David Hodson (back left), interim assistant dean for undergraduate studies at the College of Nursing, was another honored guest. The banquet was sponsored by the Student Nurses Association, Allendale County Hospital, Barnwell County Hospital, Colleton Medical Center, and Hampton Regional Medical Center.
