USC Salkehatchie has welcomed a number of new faculty and staff members into the family during the 2007–2008 year. New full-time members of the Salkehatchie family include Dr. Maureen Anderson, assistant professor of English; Mark Craig, director of budget and finance; Leslie Fail, recruiter; Gregg Freeman, director of maintenance/facilities/ security; Bill Glass, soccer coach; Dr. Brian Love, assistant professor of English; Cheryl Sease, administrative assistant for the USC Salkehatchie Leadership Institute; Dr. Tammy Wade-Galuska, assistant professor of psychology; and Amber Whitlock, recruiter. Five others were promoted or moved to different positions on campus. Carmen Brown was promoted to director of admissions; Lamar Hewett became full-time bookstore manager and distance education supervisor on the East Campus; Amy Stanley was promoted to fiscal technician II; Jeff Wicker, formerly on the recruiting staff, accepted a faculty position as a business instructor; and Marcus Wilson was promoted from a part-time to a full-time maintenance position.
