There are three levels of user status for check out privileges:
Borrower’s Card
A properly validated student ID or borrower’s card must be presented at the circulation desk in order to check out materials from the libraries. Student ID cards must be validated each semester at registration. Non-student borrower cards are revalidated voluntarily once a year. A card that has not been validated before the termination date will be removed from the registration file. Valid statewide borrowing cards are accepted for the stated research period.
Circulation Periods
Faculty – Books, an initial three week period with renewals up to one academic semester, subject to recall after initial three weeks. AV and computer software, four weeks and one renewal. Periodicals, two day check-out except for most recent issue. Bound periodicals do not circulate.
